We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 14 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing
All refunds are processed through Paddle. Once approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:
- Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period
- Automatic renewal is stopped
- Your account reverts to the free tier after the paid period ends
6. Free Tier
The free tier is always available and requires no payment. You can use the basic features without a subscription.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined in the following cases:
- Request submitted after the 14-day guarantee period
- Evidence of service abuse or violation of the Terms of Service
- Repeated refund requests (more than one within 6 months)

Paddle.com Market Limited acts as the Merchant of Record for all our payments. This means Paddle processes all transactions, including billing, tax calculation, and refunds. When you pay for a subscription, the charge is made by Paddle.
